REFUND & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products you ordered online, you can return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
If you want to return the product you purchased, you must deliver it complete and undamaged with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. Returns of products that have been opened, tried, USED, destroyed or similar are not accepted. Free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, must be returned along with all returned products.
It is mandatory to submit an invoice for changes.
In order to start the process of returns and changes to be made by cargo, you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. After your return and change request is approved, the products must be shipped to us in a way that will not be damaged. The responsibility of the products is with the customer until the package reaches us.
The shipping fee in exchange and return belongs to the buyer.
After your product reaches our return address, it is inspected by our team and after your return or exchange is approved, the product amount will be deposited into the credit card or bank account you use, with the shipping fee deducted.
For credit card transactions, the product price is reflected on your credit card within 14 days, depending on your bank. This process is completely dependent on your bank and Bodhita has no right to interfere with your bank.
