REFUND & CHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products you ordered, you can return the products within 7 days starting from the delivery date.
You must deliver the product you purchased, including the box, packaging items, and standard accessories if there are any, complete and undamaged. Returns of opened, USED, destroyed and similar products are not accepted. Free or promotional items shipped with the order must also be returned if there are any.
It is mandatory to submit the invoice in the exchange process.
You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number to start the process for returns and exchanges if you will send the products by cargo. After your return and exchange request is approved by email, the products must be shipped to our store in a way that they will not be damaged. The responsibility of the products remains with the customer until they reach us.
In exchange and return, the shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
Your product is reviewed by our team and after your return or exchange is confirmed, the amount of the product price will be credited to the credit card or bank account you’ve used while purchasing, deducting the shipping fee from the total amount.
The amount of the product price for the transactions made with a credit card is reflected on your credit card within 10 business days, depending on your bank. This process is completely up to your bank and Bodhita has no right to intervene with this process.
