If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered online, you can return them within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving them. To initiate the return process, you must fill out this document with the required information and send it along with your products: Cancellation Form

If you wish to return the product you purchased, you must return it complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

Presentation of the invoice is mandatory for exchanges.

To initiate returns and exchanges via cargo shipping, you must send an email to info@bodhita.com.tr with your order number. Once your return or exchange request is approved, the products must be shipped back to us securely to prevent damage. The customer is responsible for the products until the package reaches us.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Once your product arrives at our return address, it will be inspected by our team, and after your return or exchange is approved, the product price, minus the shipping cost, will be credited to the credit card or bank account you used.

For transactions made with a credit card, the product price will be charged to your credit card within 14 days, depending on your bank. This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and Bodhita has no right to interfere with your bank.
