Collection: ROSE LINEAGE

Throughout human history, the rose, a symbol of femininity, love, fidelity, and mystery, and also a symbol of the mystical union of the masculine and feminine—opposites—represents the renewal and resurrection of two separated essences at a new level. Carl G. Jung describes the archetypal foundations of human love through the rose. Wholeness, a combination of 'I and You,' can only be grasped through the unifying symbol of the rose. The rose is part of the unity of love. Due to its association with the workings of the heart, in alchemy the rose symbolizes the secrets of the heart, the unspeakable, or the vow of silence in general. The rose has a complex symbolism.

The rose is also a symbol of purity, passion, celestial perfection, and earthly desire. It embodies both virginity and fertility; both death and life. The petals curling inward hold the nectar within, the jewel, thus representing the womb and the feminine. The rose has always been the flower of Aphrodite, Mary, Magdalene, Isis, and Venus. The rose symbolizes love, purity, simplicity, oneness, and the unity of body, mind, and spirit.

The emblem of our Bodhita X Ayşe Tolga 'Rose Lineage' collection symbolizes three distinct phases a woman goes through in her life: young girl, lover and mother, wise and old woman. We wanted to express this collection, divided into three parts, with the rose, which we believe best symbolizes woman. The “Rose Lineage” collection was designed to remind women of their true power, in homage to the rising feminine energy.
