RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered online, you may return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received them. To start a return, please fill in the required information in this document and send it together with your products: Withdrawal Form

If you wish to return a product you purchased, it must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging and any standard accessories. Products whose packaging has been opened, that have been tried on, USED, damaged or similar will not be accepted for return. Any free or promotional items sent as part of the order must also be returned together with the returned products.

An invoice must be presented for exchanges.

To start a return or exchange by courier, please send an e-mail to info@bodhita.com.tr with your order number. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, the products must be shipped to us in a way that prevents damage. The products remain the customer's responsibility until the package reaches us.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the buyer.

Once your product reaches our return address, it is inspected by our team. After your return or exchange is approved, the product amount, less the shipping fee, will be refunded to the credit card or bank account you used.

For credit card payments, the product amount is reflected on your credit card within 14 days, depending on your bank. This process depends entirely on your bank, and Bodhita has no right to intervene with your bank.
