Every product you purchase from www.bodhita.co is covered by a Bodhita warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
If the warranty period has expired, the product may be sent for paid repair after inspection, if it is deemed repairable.
Damage to your jewelry and breakage of natural stones resulting from misuse or accidents are not covered under warranty.

We recommend keeping your Bodhita product away from substances such as perfume, soap, cosmetics, and cleaning materials.

Before returning the purchased product within the timeframes mentioned above info@bodhita.com.tr An email containing the product invoice number and order number, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return, must be sent to [email address].
