Returned products must be sent back complete and undamaged, together with their original box, packaging, and any standard accessories, where applicable.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, the products must be shipped to us securely packaged to prevent damage. The customer remains responsible for the products until the package reaches us.

Once your products arrive at our return address, our team will inspect them. After your return or exchange has been approved, the refund amount, minus shipping costs, will be credited to your original credit card or bank account.
